Steps for requesting web space on www.ysu.edu
- Check to see if your organization, fraternity, or sorority is listed on http://cfweb.cc.ysu.edu/stu_org/search/index.cfm .
- If not, complete and submit form http://cfweb.cc.ysu.edu/stu_org/orgcorrect.cfm to be reviewed by Office of Student Life.
- Once your organization, fraternity, or sorority is listed, complete and submit web space request form at http://cfweb.cc.ysu.edu/stu_org/request/index.cfm?reqForm=1.
- Please indicate on form what you would like for a directory name (examples of current directories: iisa, asu, etc.).

- If you would prefer to have a login assigned, leave username and password fields blank on form. A login will be sent via campus mail or communicated by telephone. Please indicate a campus mailing address (i.e., name, office, building, and room number).
- Student Organizations, Fraternities, and Sororities are allowed up to 5 MB of web space. If this changes, a message will be placed on the student organizations home page [http://cfweb.cc.ysu.edu/stu_org/search/index.cfm] communicating this. Due to storage space limitations, no video files will be allowed. Only links to a streaming media server file will be permitted.
- After web directory is created, organization will be notified by: 1) e-mail if login was entered on submission form or 2) communicated via campus mail or telephone (as indicated by organization).
- Due to staffing limitations, the YSU Web Team cannot provide instruction on using web development software. We can provide consultation on getting your web site published however.
