Older religious properties are national treasures and beacons of hope. The faith, traditions, aesthetic aspirations, and cultural diversity of generations are proclaimed in older churches, synagogues, temples, mosques, and meetinghouses that serve not only as spiritual havens, but more and more as community center with larger public purpose. the members of the Sacred Landmarks Partnership, along with the Youngstown State University Center for Urban and Regional Studies, invite you to attend a forum that explores the diverse and important ways that these house of worship and their congregations participate in urban communities.
