The Alan and Sandra Baxter Scholarship is awarded to a graduate of any high school in Lawrence County, PA or Mahoning or Trumbull Counties in Ohio. Recipient must have completed their freshman year with a minimum 3.20 GPA. Recipient must also be pursuing a bachelor's degree in either business or education and attending full time.
