Frankie "Mr. Lucky" Halfacre Memorial Scholarship
The friends of Frankie "Mr. Lucky" Halfacre established this scholarship in 2007 to honor his career in entertainment. The recipient of this scholarship must be Black/African American or Native American of Black African descent. Must be a junior or senior, majoring in telecommunications, with a preference given to students in radio broadcasting. Minimum 2.5 GPA is required. Recipient(s) must be a resident of Ohio or Pennsylvania. Completed FAFSA is required.
Eligible students will have to submit an essay of 500 words or less on how they incorporate the NGUZA SABA in their daily lives and how they will continue throughout their telecommunications career.
