Senator Maurice and Florence Lipscher Scholarship
The Senator Maurice and Florence Lipscher Scholarship is awarded to incoming YSU freshmen. Preference will be given to Jewish students. Scholarships awarded will be both need based and merit based. Need based applicants must have a processed FAFSA. Merit based applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference will also be given to applicants who are residents of the tri-county area of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties in Ohio and Mercer county in Pennsylvania.
