Simon-Vross Scholarship
Supporting education and giving back to the community have both been longstanding values of Alex Simon, James Simon and Anthony Vross; third generation owners of Simon Roofing, who all went to YSU. Understanding the challenges faced by students with physical disabilities, this scholarship was established in 2016 to provide assistance to a student with a physical disability, a minimum 2.5 GPA, and proven volunteerism/community involvement. Preference to a student majoring in Chemical Engineering or enrolled in the Williamson College of Business Administration.
