Dr. Joan L. and Willard L. Boyd Scholarship
The Dr. Joan L. and Willard L. Boyd scholarship has been established at Youngstown State University to assist qualified minority students who have interest in pursuing a degree in health, or medical-related, careers in clinical laboratory science. Students must be majoring in the two, or four, year medical laboratory program, hold a 2.5 GPA, reside in either Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer, or Lawrence counties. Financial need is a consideration and a FAFSA must be completed.
