Youngstown State University Board of Trustees Scholarship will be awarded to a recipient who is academically classified as a junior or senior in any major, has a minimum 2.7 GPA, and attending full-time. Preference will be given to an applicant with a demonstrated interest in leadership and governance. Financial need is not a requirement; however, a FAFSA must be completed.
