The John and Josephine Jakubek Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students (who reside in / attend a high school) in Mahoning County with preference given to graduates of Campbell Memorial High School. Minimum 3.0 GPA and ACT composite score of 22 or greater. No specific academic major is required. FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be completed. Financial need is a consideration. First generation college student preferred.
