David Weiss Memorial Scholarship
The David Weiss Memorial Scholarship was established in 2010 by his co-workers to honor his memory. David was a 1984 graduate of Mechanical Engineering and worked for Toyota Racing Development designing high performance parts for championship winging engines in the CART, IRL, and NASCAR series. Applicants must be a full-time student of at least sophomore standing, majoring in mechanical engineering, and have a minimum 3.3 GPA. Preference is given to students with an interest in working in motor sports. FAFSA must be complete- financial need is a consideration.
