Dr. Philip Ginnetti Memorial Scholarship Endowment
The Dr. Philip Ginnetti Memorial Scholarship Endowment at Youngstown State University is awarded to Early or Middle Childhood Education majors who have been formally accepted into upper division (Junior or Senior) coursework in the Beeghly College of Education. Recipient must be a full-time student maintaining a 3.5 or higher GPA. Financial need is a consideration; FAFSA must be completed. Preference is given to residents of Mahoning County.
