William H. Farnell Memorial Scholarship
The William H. Farnell Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a worthy and needy student. Financial need is a consideration; a FAFSA must be completed. Preference will first be given to graduates of Poland Seminary High School, second to graduates of Struthers High School, and third to graduates of all other Mahoning Valley high schools.
