James P. LaLumia Memorial Scholarship in Communication Studies
The James P. LaLumia Memorial Scholarship in Communication Studies is awarded to a YSU student majoring in communication studies who has completed a minimum of 32 semester hours. Recipient must have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Geographic preference will be given to students in the following order: (1) graduates from Chaney High School or (2) Youngstown City residents, or (3) Mahoning County residents.
