The Rose and Frank Bernard Scholarship is awarded to a full-time student enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and seeking a four year degree. The recipient must be at least a sophomore in class rank and have a minimum 2.75 GPA. The recipient must also reside in Mahoning County and preferably have graduated from a high school within the city of Youngstown. Need is a consideration and a FAFSA must be completed.
