The Nancy and Barry Wagner Nursing Success Scholarship was established in 2023. Dr. Nancy Wagner was a Professor of Nursing for almost 30 years, including ten years in the role as Director of the Centofanti School of Nursing. The Wagner’s are committed to the Youngstown community and feel that education will result in a workforce that will offer improved health outcomes. It is their pleasure to provide opportunities for YSU Nursing students at all levels to assure their success. This scholarship is open to undergraduate or graduate nursing students, including students enrolled in an online program. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
