Helen Pavlov Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was founded in 2015 by Joseph Pavlov Jr. and his children to honor their wife and mother, Helen Pavlov, who had a great love and respect for Youngstown State University, by establishing a scholarship in her name. In addition to working in the Central Services office of Youngstown State University she was a very active member and contributor of the Philosophy Circle on campus for more than 20 years. The scholarship is for students from Mahoning County with a minimum 2.7 GPA, who are philosophy or religious studies majors and can demonstrate financial need through their completed FAFSA.
