Halberd Corporation Scholarship
This scholarship was established in 2021 by the CEO of Halberd Corporation, an alumnus of the YSU Class of 1964 and epidemiological solutions corporation a public charity, pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). The scholarship was established to acknowledge the dedicated and unparalleled technological contribution of Dr. Sturrus, Chair of the Physics, Astronomy, Geology, and Earth Sciences Department and others working with him, in the co-development of life changing bio-medical discoveries seeking to revolutionize the practice of medicine worldwide. Halberd Corporation hopes to encourage others to follow in the footsteps of those participating in this historic and critically important endeavor. To be eligible for this scholarship, student must be enrolled in a major housed in the Departments of Physics, Astronomy, Geology, and Environmental Sciences (PAGES) with at least a 2.75 GPA. Applicants may be part-time or full-time.
