Toni Ann Julian-Ponzio Memorial Scholarship
This endowment was established in honor and memory of Toni Ann Julian-Ponzio by her brother John Julian, and her nephew Andrew Julian to provide scholarship assistance for students majoring in Nursing at Youngstown State University.
Toni Ann graduated from Ursuline High School in 1976, and went on to graduate from St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing. She then began her career as a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Hospital, and continued to serve her community as a devout nurse for more than 30 years before losing her battle with Melanoma in November of 2013.
Applicants for this scholarship must be a full-time junior or senior majoring in Nursing, have a minimum 2.75 GPA and a completed FAFSA as financial need is a consideration.
