Danny Price Scholarship
This scholarship was established in 2020 by Richard and Mary Price in memory of their son, Daniel Price. Danny graduated from Ursuline High School in 1987 and then started his post-secondary education at Youngstown State University for two years. He went on to study Pre-Med/Chemistry at The Ohio State University. Danny was then accepted into The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy where he was studying when he passed away in 1991. Rich and Mary wanted to honor Danny's memory by assisting students at their alma mater in bettering their lives with a college education. An eligible student(s) for this scholarship must be attending YSU full-time as an undergraduate student with a minimum 2.75 GPA and be a graduate of Ursuline High School (Youngstown, OH). Preference will be given to students majoring in chemistry, including those in the chemistry pre-medical track or the chemistry pre-pharmacy track.
