The R. E. Mills Mudville Scholarship is awarded annually to YSU sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are direct descendants of an active or retired Youngstown Firefighter. Applicants must be
full-time and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. A FAFSA must be submitted; need is a consideration.
