Robert W. Baxter Scholarship
This scholarship was established by Robert Baxter, a New Castle native, who received his formal business training at Youngstown State University. Bob is the owner of Pennsylvania Tool Sales and Service, a Boardman-based tool sales company. The company employs close to 250 people in 12 strategically located branches all over the country. Penn Tool has numerous YSU graduates among its workforces. An eligible student for this scholarship must be a graduate of a high school in Lawrence County, PA or Mahoning County, OH. This student must be attending YSU full-time, be a sophomore in class standing or higher with a minimum 3.2 GPA pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Economics.
