Shorty and Elba Navarro Scholarship
The Shorty and Elba Navarro Scholarship is awarded to a student of Hispanic descent. Minimum 2.5 GPA is a requirement. Recipient must be a resident of one of the five county areas of Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Lawrence or Mercer.Completion of the FAFSA is suggested.
