Judith Anne Manus Memorial Scholarship
This endowment was established in 2019 to honor the memory of Judith "Judy" Manus. Judy was a graduate of St. Lukes' School of Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio who started her career as a Registered Nurse first with St. Lukes' and then with St. Elizabeth hospital. She later was the plant nurse at General Motors in Lordstown and helped to establish their emergency care program. A student applying for this scholarship must be enrolled at YSU full-time and has been accepted into the Nursing program. This student must be a sophomore or higher in class standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and a graduate of a Mahoning Valley high school.
