Hynes-Finnegan Scholarship in Nursing is awarded to a qualified nursing student at YSU. Must be accepted into the Nursing Program; have met full eligibility requirements; have 3.0 or higher GPA; be a graduate of an accredited high school in Mahoning, Trumbull, or Columbiana counties in Ohio or in Mercer or Lawrence Counties in Pennsylvania; and must have a financial need.
