Gary and Shirley Elias Wuslich Scholarship
This endowment was established by Gary and Shirley Elias Wuslich in 2017 to provide scholarships for deserving students majoring in Elementary Education or Special Education at Youngstown State University. An eligible student for this scholarship must be attending full-time, a graduate of Struthers High School, with a minimum 3.0 GPA majoring in elementary or special education. Completed FAFSA is required.
