Brittany Szwedko Memorial Scholarship
Family, friends, and Legacy Dog Rescue created this scholarship fund in 2016 from the proceeds of the first annual Brittany Szwedko Memorial 5K Run/Walk. After tragically losing her life, while training for her second full marathon, Brittany's memory, passion and love for life are being honored with this scholarship. Eligible students for this scholarship must be enrolled in WCBA, be an undergraduate student, and can be attending full or part-time. Student must be of sophomore ranking or higher with a 2.5 GPA or higher and a resident of Ohio or Pennsylvania. Preference will be given to students majoring in Public Relations or Marketing. Completed FAFSA is required.
