Hugh and Janet Fraile Pannunzio Scholarship
This scholarship was established in 2017 because Hugh and Janet have always believed in the value of expanding human potential both formally and informally. They also recognize the need for assistance in obtaining extended formal training. This scholarship is for an undergraduate or graduate student, with preference towards an incoming freshman. Student can be attending full or part-time, must be enrolled in an engineering or education program at YSU, with a minimum 2.75 GPA. Preference toward an East High School (Youngstown, OH) or Campbell Memorial High School (Campbell, OH) graduate. Completed FAFSA is required, student must demonstrate need.
