Peter H. Milliken Journalism Scholarship
This scholarship was created in 2017 by Peter H. Milliken, a journalist and longtime reporter for The Vindicator for 36 years. He spent the last 11 years of his career covering the court and county government beat as his primary assignment. This scholarship is intended to promote the future of professional journalism. Eligible students for this scholarship must be majoring in journalism, attending YSU full-time, and be a junior or senior in class standing with a 2.5 GPA or higher. Completed FAFSA is required, need is a consideration.
