Rand D. and Eleanor Becker Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was established in memory and honor of Rand and Eleanor Becker, both graduates of YSU and passionate about the importance of an education and all that it has to offer. This scholarship is for a minority student, incoming freshman or higher, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. First consideration to students from Mahoning County, with a higher preference to those from the Youngstown City School System. Preference will also be given to students majoring in Education.
