The 2013-2014 Housing Grant Application is provided for students who are planning to live
in University Housing or Courtyard Apartments. The priority deadline for application is March 15.
A Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required and must be received by the Office of Financial Aid
and Scholarships prior to completion of the application.
The Housing Grant is available to new and continuing students on a first come, first serve basis.
Need-based awards of up to $2,000 per academic year are available to students who have financial need
and live in University Housing or Courtyard Apartments. Preference will be given to students who
live at least 30 miles from the University. Recipients must be admitted to the University and enroll
full-time.

MyYSU Portal ID
Your MyYSU Portal ID (also called username or Directory ID) is found on your YSU ID card and consists of all characters
to the left of the '@' symbol in your YSU email address. If you do not know your YSU email address,
click here to search by your name.
MyYSU Portal Password
Your MyYSU Portal password is initially set as the four digit month and day of your birth (MMDD). For example, if
your birth date falls on January 31st then your initial portal password is 0131 (MMDD). First time users should
log into the MyYSU Portal which will then take you through a procedure to set a permanent portal password.
