Following is a form to request a room for an event. Please note that this form is for you to make a request. There is no guarantee that the room you are requesting will be available at the time you have requested it. If your event is planned within the next 7 days, please call Events Management at 330-941-7170 to submit your request. Please complete all information. Once we have received your request, you will be notified by email within 2 business days whether or not your request is granted.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need to schedule an event for Kilcawley Center, please complete their Room Reservation Request Form.
